CREATE YOUR OWN REED BLANK
Taking into consideration the many customization requests that we have received, we acknowledged the need to give our customers the option of creating blanks based on their very personal taste and style.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?

The standard processing time is 3- 5 days.
In case there is a difference due to some very specific requirement, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the details.
Once we have received and confirmed your order we will send you the confirmation number and payment instructions.
Open our request form and fill in your specific requirements. Please have in mind that some of the parameters have min and max values that cannot be overlooked. Fill in only the fields where you require any change to our default measurements. If the specific field is empty, the default value will be taken.
2. RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Once we receive the form with your specific requirements, we will evaluate them and confirm via e-mail that we can build the reed blanks. With that confirmation you will also receive an order number that you will use to pay your order on our web site using the standard product: ¨Custom Editions by Dukov Reeds¨ and adding your order number as a Note.
3. PAY
Once we have confirmed that we can take your order, we will send you instructions on how to pay your order. The payment will be done via the ¨CREATE YOUR OWN REED¨ product on our website (as any other product that you order) with your specific order number that will be created when we receive the form with your requirements.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once we have processed your order we will send you the shipping confirmation so that you can track the shipment.
