Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). The following shipping methods are available:
Standard shipping (for Europe 7–14 days,
Standard shipping for USA 10-21 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Usually sales go smoothly, however if there is any issue with your purchase we guarantee your money back or receipt of your order.
In case you have not received your order and we are not able to locate it, you are entitled to full return of the money paid.
In case you have received an item that does not match the listing description you can return the item in the condition you have received it no later than 14 days after the actual delivery date. The cost of return shipping for an item that is not as described is our responsibility.

Irrespective of the reason for return, to be eligible for a return, your item must be:

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
